“We upgraded our house to a second bigger house to live in while still being with Coast and valley. We can even pay our rent from their app which makes it a time saver any day. I know it’s a hustle to sometimes have inspections done at a house when you are renting out a place but not with this company. We have the gentleman Dominic come to our house do the standard inspections and Dominic does not make you feel like he is there to tell you that there is a lot to fix in the house. he is very professional and friendly! he doesn’t give you the feeling you are gonna get a big list for you to fix in the house. Coast and valley properties are a company you want to rent a house from. I highly recommend them!!”
