Amy Salmina

Amy Salmina is the Broker and Owner of Coast & Valley Properties, Inc. in Salinas, CA and has been involved in Property Management since 2009. Amy is a 4th generation Salinas Native and is personally familiar with Monterey County. She has been in the real estate industry since 1998. Amy’s enthusiasm and experience in the industry has led to a fulfilling and illustrious career. She has worked with large and boutique real estate firms, including Coldwell Banker where she received the “Diamond Society Award” and “Rookie of the Year” in 2006. With a solid reputation in the industry and her key negotiation skills, she has saved her clients a great deal of time and expense. Active in the Real Estate community, she is a member of CAR, NAR, MCAR and NARPM.

Amy is committed to the best interests of her clients and of those in the community. She is actively involved and committed to service. Amy serves on the board of the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation and a member of the Salinas Downtown Rotary. Amy is married to Bill Salmina who is also a local business owner and they have 4 wonderful children.

Amy works tirelessly with her team to ensure that their client’s residential investment properties run safely and smoothly while in their care. Along with Amy the staff of Coast & Valley Properties has continued to grow and excel. They strive to be at the forefront of education and leadership of Monterey County Property Management.

Kim Ruiz

Kim Ruiz – Assistant/Property Inspector joined Coast & Valley Properties in 2015 to provide administrative support in property management and alongside Amy to coordinate strategy development and implantation. Kim was born and raised in the Salinas Valley and currently resides in King City along with her husband and son. She is very dedicated and brings over 10 years of diverse job experience in the customer service industry. Her attention to detail and technical expertise are great assets to our company.

Jennifer Mills

Jennifer Mills ~ Realtor She has lived in Monterey County for 35 years where she grew up in the rural area of Prunedale. A home owner herself in Prunedale, she has knowledge about how it is to live in the country. Working in the real estate and property management field is a new adventure as she has worked in the dental industry for the past 20 years. She has worked as front office staff, dental assistant, billing, office manager, building manager and then returned to college to become a dental hygienist. Her clients in dental as well as real estate are always important to her. She takes great pride in being honest and trustworthy to all her clients.

Jennifer is excited to work closely with her customers. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Monterey County Association of Realtors and the Salinas Chamber of Commerce.

Joe Garcia

Joe Garcia – Realtor was born and raised in Monterey County. Joe has been involved in the real estate industry for over ten years and has sold many homes during the course of his career. Joe is highly motivated and a proactive full time Real Estate Professional, fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Serving Monterey and San Benito Counties he is fully dedicated to his clients best interest, detail oriented, attentive to customer service and exceeding every clients expectations.

Joe and his wife Jane have lived in Monterey County for over 50 years while being actively involved in his community. Joe’s extensive knowledge of the surrounding communities of Monterey County is invaluable. He attributes much of his success with hard work, honesty and dependability Having always expected much of himself he expects the same five star quality and professionalism from everyone he works with.

In addition to his license as a Realtor, Joe has completed additional educational courses which included Certified Distressed Properties Expert, Loss Mitigation Negotiations, Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives which provided him with the knowledge to assist both homeowners as well as lenders during the financial crisis of 2008. His experience with assisting homeowners brought him many clients in need of his knowledge, many of whom would have lost their homes had it it not been for his negotiation abilities. In situations where this was not an alternative, Joe worked closely with the lenders and homeowners to successfully complete a short sale transaction amicable to both parties.

Joe deeply believes in going above and beyond to make all his clients Real Estate transactions as stress free as possible, while maintaining the highest quality of Real Estate Professionalism. Through relentless work ethic and creative marketing strategies he strives to sell every property at the best value possible in the timeline that best suits the needs of his clients.
